Terms and Conditions
You can confirm a booking with a 1/3 deposit. The rest is due 60 days prior to the start of the charter. Credit card payments accepted for charter deposits under $1000, all final payments by e-transfer, bank transfer and cheques. All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Pricing on website is before taxes (5% GST and 7% PST) and subject to change without notice.
Should you need to cancel your booking 90 days or more prior to the charter date we will refund all your payments except $350 plus applicable tax (12%) for administration fee.For cancellations 60-89 days prior to the charter date we charge a fee of 25% of the total charter cost. Cancellations in less than 60 days do not get refunded unless we are able to resell any or all of the dates. We offer a Rain Check option for when you are unable to fulfill the dates you have booked and want to reschedule them. Rebooking the dates will be subject to availability.
Refundable security deposit:
We require a fully refundable security deposit at the start of your charter. It is to cover the deductible of the insurance in case of any damage or loss to the vessel, dinghy, outboard or any equipment related to the vessel. When you return the vessel it will be inspected by our maintenance staff and dived for underwater check. Once the vessel has been inspected and no damage has been found the security deposit will be refunded.
In order to bareboat charter one of our vessels you, or the captain of your group, will need to provide us a Boating Experience Resume at the time of booking. We are happy to send you the resume form to fill out.
Some of our boats will allow pets provided they are well behaved and under the owners control at all times. There is a $100 extra cleaning fee added to the charter rate for charters with pets.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of time in case of any unforeseeable expenses due to last minute cancellation or medical emergencies.
